Refund Policy
We have a 30-day returns and refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@LuxurySpaPro.com and we will respond within 24 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package in 3 working days. We will ensure you receive your full refund on receipt of your items being returned to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please be aware as stock levels may change we would always ask you to email us first and we will ensure your case is dealt with fully to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

CANCELATION POLICY
Aurora Sanctuary accepts order cancellations prior to the product being shipped. If a customer wishes to cancel an order due to a mistake and the product has not been shipped out, the customer can cancel the order by emailing us at Info@LuxurySpaPro.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
WHEN THE PRODUCT IS INCORRECT, DAMGED BYT THE CARRIER, OR DEFECTIVE IN ANOTHER WAY
Luxury Spa Pro does not accept returns of orders that may have been damaged by the carrier, defective, or incorrect.
